A fly-fishing trip to Cuba’s remote Jardines de la Reina leads a filmmaker on an unexpected journey across the island. Commercial fishermen, revolutionaries and ordinary Cuban citizens reveal the consequences of a sixty-plus year political stalemate between the United States and Cuba that has left the Cuban people stuck in the middle, bearing it’s hardship.
